This week we have been showing off all of our learning in our end of year tests – great work everyone, well done! We have been looking at a picture book called ‘Float’ in our English and adding our own text (as well as following instructions to make a paper boat like the one in the story). In maths, we are looking at measures, in particular weighing. Try some weighing at home – what are the intervals on the scale? Is the scale in Kg or g? In our topic work, we are creating presentations about farming in a country of our choice. This week’s RSE for year 4’s has been on puberty and touch (what is acceptable and what is private), year 3’s have been looking at what makes us unique and the same, and different types of family groups as well as the scientific names for the male and female genitals. Have a great weekend!
