Well we’ve had a great week being journalists, going back in time to report on the eruption of Mount Vesuvius thousands of years ago. We have began to write our newspaper reports on what happened- so far they are looking fantastic and we are remembering to write in past tense only because it all happened in the past! In maths we have been practising our column addition, and in topic we have made a printing stamp out of clay with the design of a Roman Coin on. We also had an exciting beginning to the week with a visit from 2 friendly police officers, which we found very exciting and inspiring.
