We’ve had a very busy week back in Rivendell. We have started our first English module – The Little Ships – using the story of the Dunkirk Little Ships as a stimulus for our writing. In maths we are recapping place value. In our Topic we have started to investigate and learn about the Battle of Britain. We have used maps to see how the Nazis trapped the Allies in Dunkirk. The class have also practiced controlling a ball in PE and have been swimming!
