A great start back for Pankhurst Class after half term! In maths we have been investigating multiplication in more depth. We have been looking at both multiples and factors of numbers. This is a great way to get really secure at our times-tables. We have been using counters to create different arrays, and we have been using multiplication squares to explore the relationship between factors and multiples. In English we have begun to look at flashbacks by reading the book “Licked” by Paul Jennings. In Topic we have continued our journey exploring how different mediums can be used to invoke change. This week we have looked at how important art can be to convey messages, and we have been comparing and contrasting different style of art by looking at Banksy, The “Dada” movement, Keith Haring and Katie Wohl.
