It was transition week this week in order to prepare the class for Year 6! The class moved to their new classroom which is called Rivendell, based upon the Elven land in The Lord of the Rings Books by J.R.R. Tolkien. The class learned about the life of Tolkien and they created their own descriptive narrative. In maths we have started our final unit – volume. The class have been creating different shapes using cubes to explore volume.
