Another brilliant week of learning in Pankhurst class. In English we have started to look at Floodland by Marcus Sedgwick which will be the basis of our writing. We have practiced using ellipsis in our writing this week. In maths we have continued to investigate angles. We have measured angles in shapes and have looked at reguar and irregular polygons. In topic we have studied the water cycle, and have focussed on key terms such as evaporation, condensation, precipitation and transpiration. The children have begun to create models of the water cycle.
