This week at school….
Has been a week of adventures and trips.
On Monday and Tuesday our Year 6 children who are off to North Walsham High School went for their 2 days of transition. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday then saw most of Year 6 going to their residential at Hautbois Hall! Those children who remained in school had a fun-packed week full of activities, including baking some delicious cookies today! It’s been an action packed week for all of Year 6 and very quiet in school for the rest of the children! Please see the Facebook page for photos and updates.
On Wednesday the Bumblebee Class went to Amazona Zoo. They had a brilliant time and were great animal detectives, learning all about the different species they saw. Photos are on the facebook page so have a scroll through.
Sports Day Photos – I know these are eagerly awaited, the link to the gallery will be on our Facebook page – hopefully it shows just how much fun everyone had, it was lovely to revisit the event in pictures.
The Infant school took part in mini orienteering sessions outdoors earlier in the week. Each class was tasked with reading a map and finding markers hidden around the school grounds. Well done everyone you were amazing!
School Money: Please ensure that all balances have been brought up to date by the end of next week. If you are having any system issues please contact the school office so we can resolve these for you. We will be chasing outstanding balances next week.
With only 2 weeks of term left, this week’s letters are all about our Year 2 and Year 6 Leavers arrangements. Please take a look and complete the surveys where needed. We are very much looking forward to seeing you and supporting our children as they transition into their next educational adventure!
Next week we will be sharing details of transition arrangements, end of year reports and final information for the year. Have a good week and I hope to see you at the events next week.
