Lest we forget….
This year we are privileged to have some of our Year 6 children represent the school at the Royal British Legion Service at Mundesley Church. At the service the children accompanied former service personnel marking the remembrance of those who have fallen in conflicts past and present. They really did us proud and displayed great maturity. They were a credit to you all. In school we marked the occasion with a 2 minute silence at 11am.
This week we have been working hard on autumn assessments with the children. They have shown great resilience and should be proud of all their efforts. Take a look at the class updates to see what has been happening, the children have had another good week.
This week we have a number of letters that have been sent home, and we have also sent a hard copy of the term dates home for you to pop on the fridge as a reminder. We know how busy this term is and hope this helps you plan! Remember all letters are also on the website for you to access.
Bookings are now being taken for parents evening. We look forward to seeing you all to update you on your child’s progress. If you have any questions please contact the school office.
Community Warm Hubs:- Please check out the notice boards advertising our local offering. Whether it is a one off or regular, please take the opportunity to chat and enjoy a warm space in our communities.
Next week will begin with a visit from our local community police officer who will be getting to know the children. For Year 5 and 6 we will be exploring ways on how to keep safe both in public and online.

Tuesday: MJS Free Afterschool Football club – Please note ALL children will need collecting at the end of the session even if they have permission to walk home as it is now getting dark at the end of the day.
Wednesday: MIJS Open Morning (for those who have a place confirmed)
Thursday: MIS Free Afterschool Multisports club
Friday: Year 5 Swimming
