We have had another great week in Hawking Class. We started a new English unit focussing on playscripts. We identified the features of a playscript and started writing our own based on Julius Caesar. In topic, we have been finishing our Roman shields out of papier-mâché and then painting them. On Thursday, we had a lovely day learning about the Romans at Norwich Castle. We learnt about the Iceni tribe and looked at real Roman artefacts. In maths, we have been rounding to the nearest 10, 100 and 1,000.
