We have finished looking at capacity and volume this week and moved onto money. We have been adding, giving change and solving word problems in maths – see if you can help add amounts in the supermarket. We have written our own stories based on the book ‘Float’ and looked at when to use the plural or singular apostrophe. In topic we presented our slideshows on farming and completed detailed maps with keys of our school and grounds. We also created slideshows all about ourselves, our hobbies and passions to share with our new teachers – we can’t wait to find out who it is going to be on next Monday and Tuesday’s move up days!
