Welcome back Year 6! It has been great to hear all about the interesting things the class got up to over summer. We’ve had a very busy week…and its only been 3 days! This week has been our “Learning to Learn” week. We have looked at strategies we can put in place to help us be successful learners. We have looked at the learning pit, and we have looked at how we can change our mindset and grow new pathways in our brains. We have also reminded ourselves of the school rules and behaviours for learning, and our JONK characters. The class have been amazing as we have had to do 6 different assessments – 3 in maths, 1 SPAG, 1 spelling test , and one reading.
