Turkey Escalopes

My children LOVE these. I actually use turkey escalopes rather than chicken because it’s cheaper. The hammering of the meat and dipping the pieces in egg and breadcrumbs can get pretty messy, but that’s what’s fun about it. Much healthier than shop-bought chicken nuggets and you can serve them with anything. Yummy cold too if you make too many!
