Years 3 and 4 visited Sheringham Beach for a free trip to look at the ecology on the beach. The trip was delivered by Rob from The National Trust and he got the children really interested in the animals and habitats we could see. We started off digging for worms and the children held them! Then Rob went in the sea with a net and collected shrimps and small fish. The last activity was rock pooling and everyone searched hard for sea creatures. We found lots, including: anemones, crabs and starfish.
